To explore the size of seed, suction curve before gemination, vigor and vigor changes during seed aging of Cynomorium songaricum Rupur. The result showed that the diameter of seed was about 1 mm to 1.5 mm, and weights of per thousand seeds was (0.859 6 ± 0.026 2 ) g, and the weights of per thousand seeds at different parts become bigger from top to lower. The total suction and suction speed were both increased in great content after treated with oil of vitriol, the quality of seed in lower and newly collected was better, the vigor of the seed could be increased through aging for fitting times.%以锁阳种子为材料,研究测定锁阳种子的大小、千粒重、吸水曲线、活力及老化过程中活力的变化.结果表明.锁阳种子直径为1.0～1.5 mm,千粒重为(0.859 6±0.026 2)g,且不同部位种子的千粒重呈现从下部到上部逐渐增大的趋势.浓硫酸处理后,锁阳种子的吸水量及吸水速度都有很大程度的提高;锁阳果序下部及新采种子的质量比较好;老化适宜的时间可以提高锁阳种子的活力.
