线纹香茶菜染色体核型分析

The methods of eliminating walls by enzymolysis and low osmosis were used to analyse the cell chromosome karyotype of hodon lophanthoides ( Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don) Hara,The results are as follows: The karyotype formula of hodon lophanthoides(Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don)Hara is 2 n =2 X =36 =22 m + 12 sm +2 st, the species chromosome complement based on relative length is2n=36=L + 17M2 + 16Ml +2S, which belongs to "2 A" type. It would be as references for distinguishing the hodon lophanthoides( Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don)Hara and other species, and be as basis of exploitation and utilization for the hodon lophanthoides ( Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don) Hara.%采用酶解去壁低渗法对线纹香茶菜[ lsodon lophanthoides(Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)Hara]的体细胞染色体进行核型分析.结果表明:线纹香茶菜的核型公式为2n=2 X =36 =22 m +12 sm+2s,长度组成为2 n=36 =L+17 M2+16 M 1+2S,染色体组型为“2A”型.这一细胞学结果可作为线纹香茶菜与其它种的区分依据,同时也为其开发和利用奠定理论基础.
