将无菌土人参种子接种在含0.001、0.01、0.1、1.0、10、30mmol/LCa2+的MS固体培养基中,光照恒温培养,测定种子发芽率、发芽时间,以及幼苗形态、生理指标.结果表明,当培养基Ca2+浓度为0.1mmol/L时,种子萌发时间最短,平均叶片数最多,平均株高最高,分别为9d、11.82片和4.28cm;当培养基Ca2+浓度为1.0mmol/L时,种子发芽率、Chla含量、Chlb含量最高,依次为74%、1.00mg/g和0.14mg/g;当培养基ca2+浓度为30mmol/L时,水势急剧下降;随着培养基中Ca2+浓度的增加,土人参根系活力呈曾加趋势,培养基中的Ca2+浓度为1.0mmol/L时,根系活力为1.67mg/(g·h).土人参生长的最佳钙离子浓度范围为0.01-1.0mmol/L.%Effect of exogenous Ca2+ on seed germination and seedling growth of Talinum paniculatum were studied. The seeds of Talinum paniculatum were planted in the medium containing 0.001 mmol/L,0.01 mmol/ L,0.1 mmol/L, 1. 0 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L,30 mmol/L Ca2+ , respectively. The germination rate, germination time, physiological and morphological index were measured respectively. The results showed that the germination rate,content of chlorophyll a,content of chlorophyll b were the highest at 9 th day ,11.82 piece of leaves and 4.28 cm height in the medium containing 1.0 mmol/L Ca2 +. The germination time was the shortest and the numbers of leaves was the most when the medium contained 0. 1 mmol/L Ca2+. The water potential decreased at 30 mmol/L Ca2+ in the medium. The roots activity increased with the increasing of Ca2+ concentration. The roots activity was 1. 67 mg/(g·h) at 1. 0 mmol/L in the medium. The optimum Ca concentration was 0.01 -1.0 mmol/L.
