水盐胁迫对黄精种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the resistance characteristics of Polygonatum sibiricum seeds during germination.Method:The drought resistance of different sizes of Polygonatum sibiricum seeds was studied by using different concentrations of PEG-6000 simulated drought stress,and the salt tolerance of Polygonatum sibiricum seeds was studied by using different concentrations of NaCl (neutral salt) and NaHCO3 (basic salt).Result:The germination rate and relative germination rate of the Polygonatum sibiricum seeds were significantly higher than those of the small seeds(p<0.05) at 5 % PEG concentration.When the concentration of PEG solution reached more than 15 %,the germination of the Polygonatum sibiricum seeds regardless of large or small was significantly suppressed and the germination rate was 0.The germination rate of the seeds was significantly higher than that of the NaCl treatment group (p<0.05) after NaHCO3 treatment with the same low salt concentration (c<200 mmol/L).The suitable concentration range,half-lethal concentration and fatal concentration under NaCl stress were lower than that of NaHCO3,and the relative salt damage rate of NaCl to the seeds of Polygonatum sibiricum was higher than that of NaHCO3 under the same salt concentration.Conclusion:The drought resistance of the big Polygonatum sibiricum seeds was stronger than that of the small seeds,and the overall drought resistance of the Polygonatum sibiricum seeds was poor.The Polygonatum sibiricum seeds were more resistant to basic salt salt NaHCO3 than neutral salt NaCl.%[目的]研究黄精种子萌发期的抗逆特性.[方法]采用不同浓度PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫对比不同大小黄精种子抗旱性,同时使用不同浓度的NaCl(中性盐)、NaHCO3(碱性盐)处理黄精种子探讨黄精种子耐盐特性.[结果]在5%PEG浓度处理下大黄精种子的发芽率和相对发芽率均显著高于小黄精种子(p<0.05).当PEG溶液浓度达到15%以上时,大、小黄精种子的萌发均被显著抑制,发芽率均为0.同一低盐浓度(c<200 mmol/L)处理下,NaHCO3处理后黄精种子的发芽率均显著高于NaCl处理组(p<0.05).黄精种子对NaCl的耐盐适宜范围、耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐极限浓度均低于NaHCO3,在相同盐浓度下,NaCl对黄精种子的相对盐害率均高于NaHCO3.[结论]大黄精种子的抗旱性强于小黄精种子,黄精种子整体抗旱能力较差.黄精种子对碱性盐NaHCO3的耐受性要强于中性盐NaCl.
