为改善和解决“城中型”景区的停车难问题,建立了节假日时“城中型”景区临时停车场的规划模型。针对“城中型”景区的停车需求特点,本文建立了基于多目标优化的约束型停车场选址模型,并给出了求解算法,规划出满足需求的临时停车场,利用停车诱导系统发布信息来对旅客进行诱导,从而满足旅客泊位的需求。最后以南京市鸡鸣寺景区为例进行“城中型”景区停车场诱导规划,通过对算例的结果分析,表明建立的模型和算法可以满足“城中型”景区在节假日时的泊位需求。%To solve the parking problem of the in-town scenic districts during the holidays,we established a temporary parking lot planning model.Depending on the characters of the parking demand of the in-town scenic districts,a constrained multi-objective optimization model was established.Depending on the model and the algorithm put forward,a result which satisfies the temporary parking lot is computed.The parking guidance system is used to release the information of the parking lots inducing passengers to meet their needs of berth.Taking Jiming temple scenic area,an in-town scenic district in Nanjing,for example,the parking problem was solved by the parking lot planning.By analyzing the results,we concluded that the established model and algorithm can solve the problem of the in-town scenic district during the holidays.
