四川藏区有重要的生态保护任务，内地的工业驱动城镇化发展的模式难以在此复制。目前，旅游业已成为四川藏区的重要产业，以旅游为导向推进当地的新型城镇化建设备受各界关注。从国内外研究旅游与城镇化关系的理论和实践出发，归纳出四川藏区旅游城镇化的发展逻辑在于采取“不平衡发展战略”以推动城镇化和现代化，实现后发优势；而旅游城镇化的动力则源于旅游经济发展及政府政策推动，并由此产生“飞地”和“全域旅游”两种典型模式。未来，四川藏区的旅游城镇化发展路径应主要围绕按照旅游目的地体系布局构筑地理空间，以旅游业为主导实现三产融合发展，以旅游业推动人口由第一产业向第三产业转移进行。%Because of the important ecological protection task in Tibetan areas of Sichuan Province ,it is difficult to replicate the inland's development model of urbanization which is driven by industries .At present ,tourism has become an important industry in this region ,and it has also aroused much attention of public on the new type of local urbanization in tourism‐oriented way .This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign studies both of the theory and the practice on the relationship between tourism and urbanization .It pointed out that the development logic of tourism urbanization in Sichuan Tibetan areas is to adopt an “unbalanced development strategy” to promote urbanization and modernization ,which may realize the backwardness advantage of this region .The impetus for tourism urbanization could be the development of tourism economy and the promotion of government policy ,which would resulting two typical patterns of “enclave” and “universe travel” .In the future ,the path of tourism urbanization in Sichuan Tibetan areas should mainly focus on the construction of geographical space in accordance with the tourism destination system ,in order to take the tourism as the leading implementation of the three industries fused development ,and to promote the tourism population transferred from the first industry to the third industry .
