不同连续流动分析仪在烟草化学分析中的应用比较

摘要

This article took the water-soluble sugar's determination as an example, and the commonly used three kinds of continuous flow analyzers were compared for the analysis methods. The sample determination indicated that:the accuracy of each analyzer satisfied the requests;each method of the instruments has certain system error;under identical examination standard, the test results from all analyzers on tobacco water-solubility total sugar showed non-significance difference.%　　本文以水溶性糖测定为例，选择烟草中常用的三种连续流动分析仪介绍并比较了仪器分析方法之间的异同。通过对样品测定结果的比较，表明各连续流动分析仪测定结果的精密度均满足要求；仪器自带方法之间存在一定的系统误差；在同一检测标准下，三种型号的连续流动分析仪对烟草水溶性总糖的检测结果无显著性差异。
