拉萨市城乡道路客运一体化发展研究

摘要

自西藏和平解放以来，拉萨市道路客运取得了长足的发展，客运路线迅速上升。本文在进行区内外调研和分析的基础上，提出城乡客运一体化的要素和拉萨市推进城乡客运一体化进程的可供借鉴之处，对城乡客运一体化的基本理论进行研究，提出拉萨市城乡客运一体化的发展目标以及政策措施与建议。%Since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the passenger transport of Lhasa has made great strides.Based on the investigation and analysis,we put forward the strategy for the integrative development of Lhasa’s passenger transport.According to the basic theory of the urban-rural transport management system,we provided the development target and policy measures.
