关于国标GB8372-2008的数据处理方法的商榷

摘要

The fluoride ion-selective electrode method was sensitive, simple and rapid and thus it has been used extensively. It has been recognized in the market due to the preventing of tooth decaying by the toothpaste containing fluoride. It was proposed that the calibration curve method of fluoride ion-selective electrode method was used as the free fluoride ion and dissolvable fluoride ion in the above mentioned toothpaste. After the above standard publicized, concerned reports were published yet; but the fact that this method used to determine toothpaste containing fluoride was compiled in the undergraduate textbooks of the elemental chemistry experiment showed its ripeness. During our teaching it was found that there were some problems deserved to be discussed and deliberated. After investigating three kinds of toothpaste containing fluoride with three levels of concentrations of sodium tri-citrate dehydrate, the method of data treatment prescribed by GB 8372-2008 was discussed , deliberated and advice was put forward.%氟离子选择电极法因灵敏、简单、快速而得到广泛应用。含氟牙膏的防龋齿效果明显而得到市场的认可。牙膏标准GB8372-2008建议采用氟离子选择电极的标准曲线法为测定含氟牙膏中游离氟、可溶解氟含量的方法。标准公布后，国内对该方法仍有多篇研究报导；但在高等院校分析化学实验教材中安排该方法测定含氟牙膏中的氟含量又说明该方法已比较成熟。作者在教学过程中发现上述文献和实验教材中有值得讨论和商榷之处。通过标准曲线法对三种品牌的含氟牙膏、三种不同二水柠檬酸三钠浓度的影响研究，对标准所规定的数据处理方法进行了讨论、商榷并提出建议。
