TOD理论的起源和对城市布局的借鉴意义

     

摘要

TOD理论最早在美国出现,鼓励城市形态由公共交通为导向,并以公交线路指导开发城市为关键,以便能够充分利用土地和使用交通设施,遏制城市无限扩张。近些年来,随着我国国民经济快速增长,以及交通技术的不断发展,小汽车的数量越来越多,交通需求越来越大,导致城市布局正在悄然发生改变。我国城市和交通的发展还有很多不足,学习TOD理论并根据我国的具体情况,为城市的合理布局提出相关建议。%TOD theory appeared in the US, it inspired the public transportation to guide the direction of urban development. In order to make the better use of urban land and traffic facilities, it advocates that bus lines leads the urban development and curbs the disorder spread of city In recent years, with China's national economy growing rapidly and the development of transportation technology, the number of cars are increasing, traffic demand has become bigger and bigger, leading to change the urban layout. In view of the problems existing in the urban development in China, through better understanding of the TOD theory and combining with China's specific national conditions, reasonable suggestions should be put forward for city layout in China.
