加强对绿色建筑工程管理的几点建议

摘要

绿色建筑的理念在国际上已经得到了普遍的认可，亦有大量学者专家进行过较深的理论和实践研究，但是在对其进行科学合理的工程管理方面尚处在起步阶段，尚不能跟上绿色建筑发展的脚步。本文主要通过分析绿色建筑的概念以及英美等国的工程管理经验，探讨我国如何提高对绿色建筑的工程管理。%The concept of green building has been widely recognized in the world, there’s also a large number of scholars and experts have had deep theoretical and practical research, but on its scientific and reasonable project management is still in its infancy, still can’t keep up with the development of green building. This paper mainly through the analysis of the concept of green building and the England&American countries such as project management experience, to explore how to improve on green building engineering management in our country.
