通过对大学生进行问卷调查的方式，对高校青年教师有效教学等情况进行了一定的研究。结果发现相比资历较深的老教师，青年教师有许多的优点，比如与学生年龄相近、代沟小、更善于接受新事物、教学方法更现代化等。不过也有一定的缺点，社会阅历较浅、工作经验相对较少、工作能力相对较低等。如果青年教师能够认清自身的优点与不足，并充分利用好优点、努力改正自己的缺点，这样便能更好地融入学生，更好地为社会培养人才，实现自身的价值。%In this paper, We investigated students by questionnaire to know a little about the situation of effective teaching to young teachers of universities. The survey shows that compare to the experienced teachers, young teachers have many advantages, for example, the age of young teachers is similar to students, they have little generation gap with students, new things is more easy for them to learn and their teaching method is more advanced. However, young teachers also have some disadvantages, their social experience is shallow, hey have little work experience and working ability relatively. If young teachers can recognize their own advantages and disadvantages and try best to make use of advantages and correct disadvantages, they can integrate into the students better. In this way, teachers can develop talents for society and realize their value.
