With the rapid development of information technology, the application of video annotation technology in education is a hot topic. The paper briefly introduces distant diagnose system and the video annotation it used, and describe the specific application of video annotation technology in distant diagnose system-expert diagnosis, teacher reflection, video share and automated data statistics. Experts into the authentic classroom at any time, diagnosing teachers' behavior in the video by video annotation technology.
