《数学物理方程》教学的几点体会

         

摘要

Since there are a lot of new knowledge, complex formulae, difficult calculation in “equations from mathematical physics”, students often are scared of this course, and get poor performance in the final examination. How to improve the teaching efficiency of this course? Base on our teaching experience, we propose five solutions here, namely:(1)introducing background stories to improve interests,(2)Shorting the gap between the old and new courses to help remove understanding obstacle,(3)Exploring physical background of every formulae to help memory efficiency,(4)Increasing explanation of propositions, decreasing complicated calculation and proof,(5)Making use of mathematical tools in teaching to help to cultivate consciousness of application.%众所周知,《数学物理方程》知识点多、公式复杂、推导繁琐,因此学生学习过程中往往产生畏难情绪,教学效果普遍不好。如何提高本课程的教学效果?本文在总结教学经验的基础上提出了五点想法:(1)加强背景故事介绍,增强趣味性;(2)注意前后课程衔接,化解理解困难;(3)挖掘物理背景,提高记忆效果;(4)突出问题实质,绕开复杂计算、证明;(5)借助数学软件辅助教学,培养应用数学物理方程的意识。
