秦山核电站320MW机组有功功率异常波动的分析及处理

         

摘要

An abnormal fluctuation was spotted in the Qinshan nuclear Power Plant 320MW unit, after launching the unit internal analysis and external surrounding 220kV power grid analysis, it is confirmed that disturbance is caused by a forced power oscillation in power system transmission process, which is owned by Rongcheng power plant unit.A field test has been found that the 320MW unit damping were significantly higher than the national standard, Qinshan nuclear power Plant of 320MW unit itself is not easy to cause the low frequency oscillation. The test and data analysis shows that Rongcheng power plant steam turbine regulating system of DDV valve control is unstable when under a certain load level, which caused the unit load fluctuation, system around 1 Hz forced disturbance source, is the cause of Qinshan nuclear power Plant units #1, such as northern part of unit 1 Hz oscillation power source.The operation of electric power system stabilizer (PSS) and the ways of solving the external power grid fluctuations, locating and eliminating power abnormal fluctuation disturbance source is thoroughly introduced in this paper. It so proposed a fast localization and analysis of the disturbance source of the low frequency oscillation in the power network.%秦山核电站320MW机组功率发生异常波动,经过对机组自身的原因分析和外部周边220KV电网电厂的原因分析,确认异常波动的原因来自外部电网,扰动源主要是电网荣成自备电厂机组强迫功率振荡时在电网中的传递过程所造成。通过现场测试,认定320MW机组阻尼比均明显高于国家标准,秦山核电站320MW机组自身不易引发低频振荡。通过试验及数据分析表明,荣成自备电厂机组汽轮机调节系统DDV阀在一定负荷水平下控制不稳定,造成机组负荷波动,是系统中1Hz左右的强迫扰动源,是引起秦山核电站320MW机组等浙北部分机组发生1Hz左右功率振荡的源头。详细介绍了采用投运电力系统稳定装置PSS和解决外部电网波动,消除机组有功功率异常波动扰动源的处理办法。对电网低频振荡扰动源的快速定位和分析提出了建议。
