The article analyses key issues in project management with multi-research institute's involvement; lists the prob lems that needed to be solved under the foresaid situation based on management practice of a large-scale science research project, studies the organization structure design, project coordination and communication, human resources management etci conducts positive research on the content and method of organization management, summarize the effective manage ment measurements. The conclusion is advantage to organization and management of large-scale science research projects as well as management staffs in project management department.%分析了多参研单位的项目管理的特点,根据我国某大型科研项目的管理实践进行了总结提炼,提出了在多参研单位情形下项目组织管理中需要解决的问题,重点研究了组织结构的设计、项目的协调与沟通、项目的人力资源管理等内容,对组织管理的内容与方法进行了应用性研究,并总结了行之有效的管理方法,研究得出的结论与方法,对于国家级的多参研单位的大型项目的组织管理工作,对科研管理部门的管理人员,均具有一定的借鉴与参考价值.
