企业知识产权战略制定中高层领导特征及其影响——基于科技人员满意度的调查研究

         

摘要

利用问卷调查和因子分析及多元回归等规范分析方法,从企业技术人员满意度的角度,对企业知识产权战略制定过程中高层领导特征,及其对企业知识产权战略制定的影响等问题进行了实证分析.分析得出:①高层领导的内部协调能力、激励能力和内外部资源整合能力等行为变量对企业知识产权战略制定具有较高的影响力;②在企业知识产权战略制定过程中,可以将高层领导的特征概括为高层领导的内部管理能力、思想道德素养和对外管理能力3个维度.其中,相对于其它两个属性,高层领导的内部管理能力在企业知识产权战略制定过程中具有更重要的作用.最后,结合我国实际给出了一些政策建议.%Using of the questionnaire, factor analysis and multivariate regression methods, the paper studies on technician satisfaction for advanced leader in the process of firm IPRs strategy making. It shows some conclusions, which include: firstly, it is one of the most important factor in the process of firm IPRs making that the advanced leaders ability of harmonizing, incentiving and resource conforming; secondly, the characteristic of advanced leader is explained by management a-bility, morality and the ability of external management ability. Among them, the relative to the other two attributes, sen-ior leaders internal management ability in enterprise intellectual property strategy formulation process have a more important role, At last, this paper presents some canonical countermeasures and suggestions according to the reality of China.
