区域低碳产业协同创新体系形成机理及实现路径研究

摘要

With the acceleration of economic globalization ,networking ,information technology ,the competitive environment at home and abroad is changing quickly ,industry innovation has become a decisive factor to the differences of national strength and regional economy development .This paper from low carbon and coordination ,first analyzes the formation mechanism of the low carbon industry innovation system ,then construct regional low carbon industry collaborative innova-tion system ,finally present the path of low carbon industry innovation system with combination of empirical analysis ,which is Unified distribution (design mechanism)-source innovation (integrated industrial chain)-the interactive penetration ( technology diffusion).%随着经济全球化、网络化、信息化的加速发展，国内外竞争环境变化越来越快，产业创新已经成为国力差异和区域经济发展水平差异的决定性因素。从低碳和协同的视角，首先分析了区域低碳产业创新体系形成机理，然后构建了区域低碳产业协同创新体系，最后结合实证提出了“统一布局（机制设计）-源头创新（产业链整合）-互动渗透（技术扩散）”的区域低碳产业创新体系实现路径及相关对策。
