支持协同创新体能力构建的知识管理方案设计

摘要

This paper defines the concept of collaborative innovation and analyzes it from the perspectives of innovation par‐ticipants ,innovation practices ,and innovation objects by w hich collaborative innovation and general innovation are distin‐guished .Then based on further analysis of concepts of collaborative innovation community and collaborative innovation community capacity building ,three major problems existed in collaborative innovation community capacity building are i‐dentified ,they are trust building ,sustainability ,and extensibility .To adequately address this issue ,the role of knowledge management in collaborative innovation is investigated and a holistic knowledge management approach is proposed for ef‐fective collaborative innovation community capacity building in organizations including (a) the multi‐dimensional conver‐gence for trust building in collaboration ,(b) the multi‐directional synergy for sustainability building in communication , and (c) the multi‐layer integration for extensibility building in connectivity .The proposal provides a theoretical support for developing solutions to the problems in collaborative innovation community capacity building .%在界定协同创新概念的基础上，从主体、活动和客体三个角度对该概念进行了解析，明确了协同创新和一般创新的区别；明晰了协同创新体和协同创新体能力构建的概念，提出了协同创新体能力构建中的3个难题，即主体诚信问题、活动可持续发展问题、客体网络联接问题。针对上述问题，从3个方面提出了知识管理方案设计思路，包括知识创新多元化主体联盟、多维度活动联通、多层面客体联接。
