关系专用性投资对企业创新的影响——基于客户协作视角

摘要

从客户参与创新视角,探究了关系专用性投资对企业创新的影响,并利用制造业上市公司数据进行了验证.结果显示:关系专用性投资和企业创新投入之间存在倒 U 型关系,在达到某一阈值前,加大关系专用性投资有利于企业创新投入,但在超过某一阈值后,增加关系专用性投资会对企业创新投入产生负面影响.除此之外,创新投入与创新绩效之间存在正相关关系.%This paper explores the impact of specific assets on firm's innovation from perspective of the customer collabora-tive.we empirically text our model using data from Chinese A share listed firms.we find that the level of specific assets has an inverted U-shaped relationship with firm's R & D investment.As specific assets increases from slight to moderate,firm's R & D investment increases;as specific assets increases from moderate to great,firm's R & D investment declines.Firm's R & D investment and firm's innovation have notable positive correlation.This study contributes to the supply manage-ment literature by empirically showing how specific assets affect firm's innovation.These finding also have profound practi-cal implications.
