广西柳州市科技进步贡献率测评及分析研究

摘要

In this paper, the C - D function and experience numbers are assigned to the calculation of the contribution rate of science and technology in 2001 -2009. At last, we offer the science and technology development strategy of Liuzhou according to the measurement results.%分别索络模型测算1997-2009年柳州科技进步对经济增长的贡献率,并根据测算的结果,提出柳州科技发展的工作对策.
