After the international financial crisis, the development of strategic new industry is becoming the focus of national economic policy for developed and emerging countries. These countries have re - recognized the importance of the real e-conomy and set new industries development plans in order to seize the high ground of science and technology in a new round of economic development and win global competitive advantages. In this context, China has also stepped up efforts to support the strategic new industry. To change the development mode and adjust the industrial structure, the strategic new industry is expected to become the leading force in sustainable economic development in China.
