This invention refers to new 1,3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one derivatives substituted with heterocyclic rings having their (I) stereoisomer forms,and medically acceptable additives,and the remedied complications thereof,where R4, R5, Z and Het have the meaning defined in the claims. Compounds according to this invention are useful as inhibitors to the replication of the respiratory cell virus (RSV). The invention further concerns the manufacture of such new compounds,compositions containing these compounds,and compounds for use in the treatment of respiratory tract virus infection.
