According to product servitization supply chain consisting of manufacturer, service provider and customer, in view of price sensitivity random demand, service revenue models and coordination mechanism model are established from the angle of manufacturer and service provider respectively, by means of considering cost caused by service capacity surplus or insufficiency. The effect of price sensitivity demand changes on total revenue in products service supply chain is analyzed deeply through examples. Eventually many effective measures are provided for the coordination of product service supply chain.%针对由制造商、服务商、客户构成的产品服务化供应链系统,以价格敏感性随机需求为视角,结合服务能力过剩或不足所引起的成本费用,分别从制造商和服务商角度,建立了产品服务化供应链的收益模型和协调机制模型.并通过实例深入分析了价格敏感性需求变化对于产品服务化供应链总收益的影响,最终给出了开展产品服务化供应链协调的有效措施.
