摘要

分析了新时期高校科技工作面临的深层次矛盾和现实挑战,针对新时期高校科技管理工作的体制机制创新,探讨新时期高校科技工作需要遵循的方针和原则,提出了推进高校科技事业又好又快发展的建议.%The paper analyzed many deep - seated contradictions and challenges about science & technology affairs confronted by the universities during the new era. Based on the innovation of management system and operation mechanism of science & technology affairs, it discussed some propositions in promoting the sound and rapid development of science & technology in universities according to the essential guidelines and principles, which must be also followed during the development period of science & technology in universities.
