高校知识服务能力评价研究——基于上海市理工科高校2009年科技统计数据

摘要

With the development of knowledge economy, the university is playing a more and more important role. And it is required higher on university' s social service function. So it is key point to improve the capability of knowledge service in university. The paper defines and designs the evaluation index system of knowledge service capability of university. It evaluates the capability of knowledge service in university applying data envelopment analysis based on statistical data from science and engineering university of shanghai 2009. It is found that the overall efficiencies of knowledge service input-output are low . The "985" university' s efficiency is lower than "211" university' s and local university' s. Obvious differences exist among the input - output efficiency of every kinds of knowledge service output in science and engineering university of Shanghai.%随着知识经济的发展,高校在社会经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,对其社会服务功能的要求也越来越高,而提高高校的知识服务能力是满足这一要求的关键.文章明确了高校知识服务能力概念,确定了相关评价指标,并基于上海市17所理工科高校2009年科技统计数据,应用数据包络分析方法对其进行了评价和分析.研究表明,上海市理工科高校知识服务投入产出效率整体偏低,“985”高校的知识服务投入产出效率低于“211”和地方高校.上海市理工科高校各类知识服务成果的产出效率水平存在着较大差异.
