江苏省大中小企业专业化协作现状及发展对策研究

摘要

Coordinating with large enterprises is a successful model for SMEs to promote technological progress and have a better development. Reviewing the relevant theories of coordination, this paper gives an analysis of the status quo based on the data collected regarding the coordination of SMEs and large enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Then it proposes some countermeasures for further development according to the problems of SMEs in the coordination process. It has a strong theoretical and practical significance to improve the level of coordination and optimize the industrial structure.%与大企业配套协作已成为中小企业技术进步、良性发展的一种成功模式,在回顾专业化协作相关理论的基础上对江苏省中小企业与大企业的专业化协作现状进行了实地调研.针对所存在的问题提出了建议.研究结果对提高大中小企业之间的专业化协作水平、优化产业结构具有很强的理论和实践意义.
