我国地方社会发展领域科技管理工作现状与特征分析

摘要

通过对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)在社会发展领域科技管理工作现状的详细调查,剖析了“十一五”以来我国地方社会发展科技管理工作的组织结构、业务职能、工作运行机制,并在此基础上总结了当前我国地方社会发展科技管理工作的特征表现,对未来科技管理工作开展思路提出了建议.%Based on a detailed survey on 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, this paper investigates the status of the regional S&T management for social development during China' s Eleventh Five - year Plan period, including organizational structure, administrative function and operating mechanism. On the basis of that, the paper summarizes the characteristics of the work and proposes some suggestions for future development.
