基于LST的中小企业绩效管理模式探究

在对我国中小企业绩效管理现状进行分析的基础上,结合生命系统理论(LST)在企业框架和有效管理方面的指导,试图构建一种系统的绩效管理模式,将ERP系统充分运用在企业的绩效管理过程中,为中小企业可以更科学有效地进行绩效管理提供理论指导,增强实践操作性.%Based on the analysis of performance management of SMEs in China nowadays, combined with the framework of enterprises and the guidance for effective management by living system theory, the paper is trying to build a system of performance management, which will make full use of ERP systems in the process. And it will provide strong theoretical and operational guidance for SMEs to carry out much more scientific and effective performance management.
