高新技术企业知识产权管理现状与对策——基于国家高新区知识产权调查

在调查分析的基础上,总结高新技术企业的知识产权管理现状,梳理在管理机构设置和管理制度建立以及专利申请等方面存在问题,并给出加强企业知识产权管理的对策建议,即,加大培训与宣传力度,增强知识产权意识；完善知识产权管理制度,加强知识产权保护等.%By investigating and analyzing the data of hi -tech companies from national high and new technique parks, this article summarizes the present situation of the high - tech enterprises ' IP management, and points out these problems during the management structure and control system establishment as well as the patent claim. In the end this article gives some suggestions, such as; to enhance the training and publicizing the knowledge of IP, to consummate the present IP management system.
