基于TRIZ的分离原理在管理创新中的运用

摘要

Drawing on TRIZ, the study of management conflict resolution matrix is the important directions of study of the innovative tools of management, the main task of which is to fill in the innovation principles in management conflict matrix which already constructed. Taking the case knowledge of separation principle in management domain as the foundation, through analysis and induction of resolving conflict aiming at management question, the thesis fills separation principle in preliminary management conflict matrix one by one, provides the standardized tool frame of utilization of separation principle in the management innovation.
