科技供给系统与需求系统的对接机制研究

摘要

The relative independence between technology supply system and technology demand system hinders technological diffusion and upgrading. This paper analyzes the development of the two systems, discusses the docking difficulties of technology supply system and technology demand system from the macro and micro levels, and proposes docking mechanism of the two systems from the four aspects of docking planning, docking path, docking model and docking base.%我国科技供给系统与科技需求系统相对独立的体系阻碍了技术扩散和升级.分析了我国两大系统的发展状况,分别从宏观和微观层面探讨了科技供给系统与需求系统对接的困难,从科技供需系统的对接规划、对接路径、对接模式、对接基础四个方面提出了科技供需系统对接的机制.
