后金融危机时代科技型企业技术能力提升路径——基于战略创新视角的研究

摘要

For economic development, it is both a challenge and an opportunity in post - crisis era. First, this paper studies on the concept of technical capabilities of science and technology enterprises and explores the general path of improving technical capabilities. However, the general path isn' t perfect. With strategic innovation, an ideal path is found, which is important to the development of science and technology enterprises. In the end, operating mechanism of the ideal path is introduced.%后金融危机时代的到来对中国经济发展既是一种挑战,也是一种机遇.首先探讨了科技型企业技术能力的内涵和一般发展提升路径.基于普通的提升路径并不适应后金融危机时代科技型企业的发展需要,从战略创新的视角出发,得出科技型企业技术能力提升的理想路径,并阐述其内在运行机理,对我国科技型企业发展提供战略参考.
