This paper extends the prior usage of the model of exploitation and exploration provided by March (1991) from its original organizational learning perspective to a broader perspective that the activities are adapted by firms for finding international market opportunities. Drawing on the exploitation - exploration framework, this paper attempts to analyze how network and international market orientation influence the international speed and scope, how these international activities are shaped by China institutional environment. In the dynamic process of network, the paper also investigates the relationship between network and international market orientation.%运用March(1991)提出的组织学习理论中的利用--探索理论,探讨中国企业国际战略选择及其影响因素.基于利用一探索学习理论,研究了企业的网络关系以及国际市场导向如何影响国际化速度和国际化范围,并进一步探讨中国的制度环境如何影响中国企业国际化.
