民营科技企业技术创新能力评价模型与实证研究——基于模糊理论的视角

According to the characters of non - state - owned science & technology enterprise and technology innovation, and based on the six factors: innovation environment、 resource input 、 innovation research & development、 innovation outcome , marketing and innovation management, the paper constructs an index system on non - state - owned science & technology enterprise' s technology innovation capability. Then by using a fuzzy integrated analytic hierarchy process method, it designs an evaluation model, which is a good way to help improve non - state - owned science & technology enterprise' s technology innovation capability. Finally, the paper applies the model to an empirical analysis in order to show its feasibility.%针对民营科技企业的特点与技术创新的内涵,以创新环境、资源投入、创新研发、创新产出、市场营销以及创新管理六个维度为基础,构建民营科技企业技术创新能力指标体系,并通过模糊综合层次分析法建立相关评价模型,为民营科技企业技术创新能力的评价和提升提供了新的决策方法.最后,通过实证分析检验了该模型的可行性.
