广东省RD对生产力的影响——基于21个地级市面板数据实证研究

摘要

A great deal of scientific research showed that R&D can improve TFP significantly, but most of them failed to inspect the simultaneous correlation and causality between R&D and TFP. The empirical study of this paper based on the panel data of Guangdong prefecture - level city ( 2000 - 2007 ) indicate that R&D is strong exogenous of TFP, and R&D has positive effect on TFP but the value is small. This paper analyze the reason of R&D is strong exogenous of TFP and offer corresponding suggestion of transforming the R&D input mode.%国内外研究表明R&D能够极大地促进TFP的发展,然而大多数研究并未考察R&D与TFP之间的同期相关性以及相互的因果关系.基于广东省21个地级市的面板数据的实证分析表明R&D强外生于TFP,R&D投入对TFP的影响为正,但影响的绝对值不大;为此,进一步剖析了R&D强外生于TFP的原因,并提出了转换R&D投入机制等建议.
