基于决策主体的IT项目组合决策模型研究

摘要

The paper presented an IT project portfolio decision model based on agent technology (ITPMM -DA), and defined the decision agents as the core unit in the IT portfolio decision - making process. According to the IT project goals and constraints, decision agents provided effective decision support through reasoning on behaviors. This article described 7 decision - making steps in detail, and designed the decision - making process of the model to maximize the return on enterprise' s IT projects.%提出了一种基于主体的IT项目组合决策模型(IT Portfolio Management Model based Decision Agent,ITPMM-DA),将决策主体作为IT项目组合决策过程中的核心单元,决策主体在项目目标和约束条件下,通过行为推理为IT项目组合提供有效的决策支持.详细描述了模型的7个决策步骤,并对模型的决策过程进行了设计,为实现企业IT项目收益最大化提供了有效的支持工具.
