基于卓越绩效模式的研发管理体系建设与评价

         

摘要

Excellent Performance Model is widely recognized in nternational company operating mode now, and excellent performance evaluation criteria is an effective comprehensive evaluation method and tool of company operating mode. R & D management system construction is modeled based on standard, requirement and content of the excellence performance model. It is divided into three layers, such as core layer, support layer and external layer. The core layer of R & D management system is including organizational structure and team management, goal management, process management and performance management. According to excellent performance evaluation criteria, the paper diagnoses a R & D effective management system of the main low - voltage electric company in domestic market and plans a constructive idea of R & D management system of our private enterprise at the same time.%卓越绩效模式是目前国际上广泛认同的企业运营模式,卓越绩效评价准则是企业运营综合评价的有效方法和工具.基于卓越绩效模式的标准、要求和框架进行了研发管理体系建模.研发管理体系分为三个层次,即核心层、支持层和外延层,其中核心层为组织结构与团队管理、目标管理、流程管理和绩效管理.根据卓越绩效评价准则,诊断了国内主要低压电器企业的研发管理体系的有效性,同时对于我国民营企业的研发管理体系给出了建设思路.
