长株潭城市群产业集群低碳化升级模式研究

摘要

The Changzhutan urban agglomeration is the " Two -type Society" comprehensive reform experimental area in China, and the industrial clusters are the important economic growth poles. However, at present, the industrial clusters are developing with high carbon characteristics.
