欧美企业内部碳排放的监督管理研究

摘要

This paper investigates experience of carbon emission supervision system in European and US companies, and focuses on methods and apparatus for the integrity of monitoring and processing control system. On the basis of thorough research in these two aspects, at the same time taking Chinas actual conditions into consideration, the proposal for construction methods of carbon emission supervision system has been made to support the industrial restructuring and technological upgrading of the enterprises in the process of economic transition.%通过对欧盟和美国企业内部碳排放监管体系的介绍和分析,从监测的方法技术选择和管理控制流程两方面进行深入研究,结合中国的实际情况提出建议,为中国企业未来向低碳经济的转型提供必要的理论支持.
