基于DEA的江苏省中医医院科技创新效率研究

摘要

通过对江苏省内7所中医医院的科研管理工作者调研,运用数据包络分析中的CCR模型与BCC模型对中医医院科技创新的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行实证研究.发现苏南和苏中地区的中医院综合效率要比苏北地区的中医院综合效率普遍要高.建议强化“科技创新”理念;制定科技奖励措施;提供必要的创新平台;发挥中医特色;强化政策扶持.%Based on the research on researchers and administratorss in seven Chinese medicine hospitals of Jiangsu province , using CCR and BCC model of DEA, the paper makes an empirical research on Chinese medicine hospital technical efficiency of technological innovation, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. It finds out that the overall efficiency of Chinese medicine hospital in northern Jiangsu area is generally higher than that in the southern and middle regions of Jiangsu province. It proposes that we should strengthen the "technological innovation" concept; make incentives to develop science and technology; provide the necessary platform for innovation; play Chinese characteristics; strengthen policy support, etc.
