高校教师的科研发展关系高校发展,甚至于影响国家竞争力.为充分发挥高校教师的科研能力和科学指导其科研职业发展,需要深入研究高校教师科研发展特征.文章以十种管理类期刊2005-2009年7234名作者为样本,阐述了教师科研生涯在年龄、专业和性别上的差异.在分析传统职业生涯阶段理论缺陷的基础上,构建了基于年龄、专业、性别“三维”匹配的科研生涯管理曲线,并且提出了改善高校教师科研生涯的措施.%University teachers'scientific career development is an important task concerned with university development and national competence. In order to make full use of teacher' s scientific capacity and promote the quality of higher vocational guidance in scientific career development, it is necessary to study the characteristics of scientific career development in a deep - going way. Based on the quantitative analysis of 7234 authors in ten sorts of management journals from 2005 - 2009, the paper analyzes differences of scientific career development in age, major and sex. The paper analyzes traditional career theory limitation, constructs university teachers'scientific career management model of three - dimension match, I. E. , the matching of age, major and sex, and puts forward the improving methods.
