基于项目管理的企业培训管理优化

摘要

Aimed at the problems existed at enterprise training management such as lack of system administration and effective control, instability of training quality and unscientific evaluation system, the paper introduces the project management concepts and technologies into the training management. By optimizing training management flow with project management mode, the enterprise training can be actualized smoothly. Through the development of integrated management technologies including the project quality plan, project communication plan and risk prevention plans, the training process control can be strengthened, and the training quality can be assured.%针对目前企业培训存在的缺乏系统管理、培训质量不稳定、缺乏有效管控、评估体系不科学等问题,引入项目管理理念和技术,通过优化项目运作式的培训管理流程,确保企业培训的顺利实施；通过制定项目质量计划、项目沟通计划、风险防范计划等综合管理技术,强化培训过程管控,使培训质量得到保证.
