基于AHP和TOPSIS的高校科研团队绩效评价研究

         

摘要

The paper established an evaluation index system of HEI scientific research team performance, and put forward evaluation model based on analytical hierarchy process ( AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) by similarity to an ideal solution ( TOPSIS) . Using AHP, the evaluation index was made. The posi-tive ideal solution, negative ideal solution and proximity were calculated. The rank of HEI scientific and technology re-search team performance evaluation was made by comparing the proximity. An example was analysis to validate the practica-bility and feasibility of the established index system and model. The results proved the evaluation index system could give a new kind of methods for HEI scientific research team performance evaluation.%建立了高技科研团队绩效评价指标体系,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)和逼近理想求解的排序法(TOPSIS)的高校科研团队绩效评价模型,利用AHP确定评价指标的权重、TOPSIS排序法,计算正、负理想解和接近度;依据接近度对高校科研团队绩效评价指标进行比较,并进行了实例分析.分析结果表明:论文构建的科研团队评价指标体系具有一定的实用性,为高校科研团队绩效提供了一种评价依据.
