韩国大田区域创新体系建设及其启示

摘要

区域创新体系建设是我国建设创新型国家的重要内容,创新型城市试点工作的开展将大大推动我国区域特色的创新体系建设发展.国外先进城市在区域创新体系建设方面已取得了令人瞩目的成就,如韩国大田通过支持各研发主体的创新发展,促进其在体系内外的网络联系,区域创新体系建设取得重要进展.国内创新型城市应从园区建设、高端研发资源聚集、政府职能转变以及建立实验室企业等方面开展,加快形成各具特色的区域创新体系建设.%The development of regional innovation system is of significance for the innovation - oriented national construc-tion in China. The trial work of development of innovative city will propel the development of innovation system construction with regional characteristics. The development of regional innovation system in abroad has achieved a resounding success. Through supporting the R&D main bodies' innovative development, promoting the links in and out of the system, the Dae-jeon ' s innovation system construction has made great progress. Innovative cities in China should shape the regional innova-tion system from the perspectives of R&D park planning, high - end R&D resource agglomeration, government function transform and lab enterprises establishment.
