信息技术类公司技术效率的影响因素分析——基于高阶理论的实证检验

摘要

This study examines the association between the characteristics of top management team and the technical effi-ciency in China listed information technology companies from 2002 to 2009. The finding in this paper suggests that the edu-cation level of Chairman and CEO and the ratio of male managers to total managers have significantly positive association with the technical efficiency; the average age of top team has significantly negative association with the technical efficiency; the age of Chairman and CEO and the sum of top managers have insignificant association with the technical efficiency.%以2002-2009年间中国信息技术行业上市公司为样本,实证研究了董事长和CEO的年龄、学历、高层管理者平均年龄等高管特质对技术效率的影响.研究发现:董事长和CEO的学历、高管性别比与公司技术效率显著正相关；高管团队的平均年龄与公司技术效率显著负相关；而董事长和CEO的年龄、高管团队总人数等与公司技术效率无显著相关关系.
