国外促进公众参与技术预见的举措及启示

摘要

技术预见本质上是一项开放性的活动,其特点在于其社会学特征.研究了国外促进公众参与科技决策及技术预见的主要途径,并分析了各种途径的主要优缺点及应用范围.针对我国的特点,提出了提高我国技术预见知识推广和公众参与性的若干建议.%Technology foresight in essence is an open activity, which is characterized in its sociological features. This paper studies the main methods of promoting public participation in technology foresight in foreign countries and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their applications. According to the characteristics of our country, a number of recommendations are proposed to enhance the knowledge promotion and public participation in technology foresight.
