甘肃省省属科研院所科技创新团队绩效评价研究

摘要

To strengthen the science and technology innovation team - building is not only to improve the innovation capacity and to enhance the competitiveness, but also an important measure to develop creative talents. The results of the evaluated analysis to the sci&tech innovation team of Gansu show the overall development of a good team, but in the training, discipline and other aspects of construction and operation mechanism, there are some problems. The paper presents the corresponding countermeasures.%加强科研院所科技创新团队建设既是提高院所创新能力,增强竞争力的重要途径,也是培养创新人才的重要举措.甘肃省对省属科研院所科技创新团队进行了评价分析,评价结果表明,团队整体发展良好,但在人才培养、学科建设和运行机制等方面也存在一些问题,本文提出了相应的对策建议.
