基于打破现状的思维下业务流程再造(BPR)研究

摘要

Breakthrough thinking is a way of creative thinking that begins with purposes in order to gain ideal solutions. The way of breakthrough thinking is "identifying the purpose→seeking an ideal future solution→gaining an action plan", which is in accordance with " the fundamental re - thinking and radical redesign of business process" in BPR. Based on breakthrough thinking, this paper reanalyzes BPR, and puts forward a new way of BPR; the enterprises should learn breakthrough thinking before implementing PBR and consolidate it after that.%打破现状的思维是从目的着手寻找理想解决方案的新思维方式,沿着“目的→应有状态→系统方案”思考并解决问题,这正是业务流程再造(BPR)中对业务流程进行根本性再思考和彻底性再设计所需要的.将打破现状的思维运用到BPR中,重新分析了BPR过程,从企业的使命与宗旨出发寻找企业的“应有状态”,创造全新的业务流程并提出了BPR的新思路:首先引入这种打破现状的思维,再从局部到全面的BPR,然后加以强化与巩固.
