政府海洋科技投入与海洋经济增长:基于面板数据的实证研究

摘要

海洋经济的快速增长与海洋科技投入的大幅度增加密不可分.采用C-D生产函数拓展模型,对2000-2008年沿海地区的面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明,政府海洋科技投入对海洋经济增长具有显著的正向效应,其弹性系数约为劳动力的增长弹性系数的2倍,二者均小于固定资产投资的弹性系数.%The fast growth of marine economy is closely related to the increasing input to ocean science and technology. This paper uses the C - 0 production function development model, carries out empirical study on coastal area panel data of year 2000 - 2008, and finally concludes as follows: the government input to ocean science and technology has the remarkable positive effect on marine economic growth; its elasticity coefficient is 2 times higher than labor force growth elasticity coefficient , both of which are smaller than fixed assets elasticity coefficient
